1. 服務內容 · Service

Little Voices English 提供一對一線上英文課程的帳號、老師資訊、點數、預約、課程訊息與線上教室連結等平台服務。實際課程價格、時長及可預約時段以網站當下顯示內容為準。 Little Voices English provides platform services for one-on-one online English lessons, including accounts, teacher information, credits, booking, lesson messages, and classroom links. Current prices, lesson duration, and availability are those shown on the website at the time.

2. 帳號註冊與使用 · Account registration and use

• 使用者應提供真實且可正常收信的帳號資訊，並自行保管密碼。 Users should provide accurate account information with a working email address and keep passwords secure.
• 帳號原則上僅供本人使用，不得出售、出租或提供他人冒用。 Accounts are for the registered user and may not be sold, rented, or shared for impersonation.
• 學生與老師應使用符合自己身分的帳號功能；老師須經平台核可後才會出現在公開老師頁面。 Students and teachers must use functions appropriate to their role; teachers appear publicly only after platform approval.
• 副管理員權限由主管理員授予，僅得在被授權範圍內處理平台營運工作。 Delegated-admin permissions are granted by the primary admin and may be used only within the authorized scope.

3. 點數與課程預約 · Credits and booking

學生完成平台接受的付款／儲值流程並經核可後，可取得相應課程點數。預約成功時，系統會依網站顯示規則扣除點數。點數用途、退款與取消方式依平台政策辦理。 After an accepted payment/top-up is approved, students receive the corresponding lesson credits. A successful booking deducts credits according to the rules shown on the website. Credit use, refunds, and cancellations follow the 取消與退款政策 Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. 上課與線上教室 · Lessons and online classroom

課程以網站課程頁面所提供的線上教室連結進行。使用者應準時進入教室並自行準備穩定網路、可正常使用的裝置、麥克風與必要軟體。除非雙方另有明確同意，不得擅自錄音、錄影、截取或散布課程內容及他人影像／聲音。 Lessons take place through the classroom link shown on the lesson page. Users should join on time and provide a stable internet connection, functioning device, microphone, and required software. Unless both parties expressly agree otherwise, lesson content or another person’s image/voice may not be recorded, captured, or distributed without permission.

5. 尊重、安全與禁止行為 · Respect, safety, and prohibited conduct

使用者不得騷擾、威脅、歧視、冒用身分、散布非法內容、嘗試破壞平台安全、未經授權存取他人帳號／資料，或將老師的固定上課連結公開分享。嚴重違規時，平台得依必要程度限制或停止帳號使用，並保留依法處理的權利。 Users may not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate others, distribute unlawful content, compromise platform security, access another account/data without authorization, or publicly share a teacher’s permanent classroom link. Serious violations may result in appropriate account restrictions or suspension and any action available under applicable law.

6. 課程訊息與評價 · Lesson messages and reviews

學生與老師可為課程溝通使用平台訊息功能。學生完成課程後可留下評價；評價應基於真實上課經驗，不得包含人身攻擊、違法內容、他人敏感個資或與課程無關的廣告。平台得為維護安全與內容品質而處理明顯違規內容。 Students and teachers may use platform messaging for lesson communication. Students may review completed lessons; reviews should reflect genuine lesson experience and must not contain personal attacks, unlawful content, another person’s sensitive data, or unrelated advertising. We may moderate clearly violating content to protect safety and quality.

7. 未成年人 · Minors

未成年人使用本服務時，應由法定代理人或監護人依適用法令協助並同意相關交易與服務條款。監護人應協助管理付款、帳號及線上互動安全。 When a minor uses the service, a legal representative or guardian should assist and consent to relevant transactions and terms as required by applicable law. Guardians should help manage payments, accounts, and online safety.

8. 服務變動與不可歸責情形 · Service changes and events beyond control

平台可能因維護、第三方服務異常、網路中斷、天災或其他合理原因暫時無法使用。我們會在可合理控制的範圍內盡力恢復服務。因老師端或平台端造成無法正常完成的課程，依取消與退款政策處理。 The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, network interruptions, natural disasters, or other reasonable causes. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service within our control. Lessons that cannot be completed because of the teacher or platform are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. 法定消費者權利 · Statutory consumer rights

本條款不排除或限制依法不得排除的消費者權利。若網站政策與適用法令之強制規定不同，以法令規定為準。 These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a website policy conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the law prevails.

10. 條款更新 · Updates to these terms

我們可能因服務或法令調整更新本條款。重大變更會以網站公告或其他合理方式通知；使用者於更新後繼續使用服務時，仍享有依法不得排除的權利。 We may update these terms when services or laws change. Material changes will be announced on the website or by another reasonable method. Continued use after an update does not waive rights that cannot legally be excluded.
