1. 我們蒐集哪些資料 · Information we collect

為提供帳號、預約、上課、點數、通知與客服等功能，我們可能蒐集使用者主動提供或系統運作所需的資料，包括： To provide accounts, booking, lessons, credits, notifications, and support, we may collect information you provide or that is required to operate the service, including:

• 帳號與基本資料：姓名、Email、帳號角色及登入驗證資訊。 Account and basic information: name, email, account role, and authentication information.
• 學生服務資料：預約紀錄、點數餘額、匯款／儲值申請、課程訊息與評價。 Student service data: bookings, credit balance, bank-transfer/top-up requests, lesson messages, and reviews.
• 老師服務資料：公開名稱、照片、自我介紹、專長、可授課時段、上課連結、課程紀錄與薪資計算資料。 Teacher service data: public name, photo, bio, specialties, availability, classroom link, lesson records, and pay-calculation data.
• 平台使用與安全資料：必要的系統紀錄、裝置／瀏覽器資訊、錯誤紀錄及安全事件資訊。 Platform usage and security data: necessary system logs, device/browser information, error logs, and security-event information.

我們不會要求使用者在公開個人頁面揭露不必要的敏感資料。 We do not require unnecessary sensitive information to be disclosed on public profiles.

2. 蒐集與使用目的 · Why we collect and use data

上述資料主要用於建立與管理帳號、處理課程預約與取消、點數及付款審核、提供線上課程、寄送必要通知、處理客服與爭議、維護平台安全，以及老師的課程與薪資管理。 We mainly use this data to create and manage accounts, process bookings and cancellations, review credit top-ups and payments, provide online lessons, send necessary notifications, handle support requests and disputes, maintain platform security, and manage teacher lessons and pay.

3. 第三方服務與跨境處理 · Third-party services and cross-border processing

為了營運網站，我們會使用必要的雲端與通訊服務供應商，例如資料庫／身分驗證／檔案儲存服務、網站主機與 Email 通知服務。部分供應商的伺服器可能位於台灣以外地區，因此資料可能因提供服務之必要而進行跨境處理。 We use necessary cloud and communications providers, such as database, authentication, file storage, hosting, and email notification services. Some servers may be located outside Taiwan, so data may be processed across borders when necessary to provide the service.

我們僅在提供服務所需範圍內使用這些供應商，並依可合理取得的安全措施管理資料。 We use these providers only as needed to deliver the service and apply reasonable security measures available to us.

4. 老師公開資料 · Public teacher information

老師自行提供並經平台核可的公開名稱、照片、自我介紹、專長、教學風格、評價等資訊，會顯示於公開的老師列表與個人頁面。Email、薪資、固定上課連結及其他非公開資料不會因老師公開頁面而直接對外顯示。 A teacher’s approved public name, photo, bio, specialties, teaching style, and reviews may appear in the public teacher directory and profile. Email, pay, permanent classroom links, and other private data are not directly displayed publicly.

5. 資料保存期間 · Data retention

我們會在帳號存在、提供服務、處理交易／爭議、履行法令或必要內部紀錄所需的期間保存資料。當蒐集目的消失且無法令或正當業務需要繼續保存時，我們會依合理程序刪除、去識別化或停止使用。 We retain data while accounts exist and as needed to provide services, process transactions and disputes, comply with law, or keep necessary internal records. When the purpose ends and there is no legal or legitimate business need to retain the data, we will delete, de-identify, or stop using it through reasonable procedures.

6. 您對個人資料的權利 · Your data rights

在適用法令範圍內，您可依法請求查詢或閱覽、取得複製本、補充或更正、停止蒐集／處理／利用，以及刪除您的個人資料。若因法定保存義務、履約、爭議處理或其他合法事由無法立即辦理，我們會說明原因。 Subject to applicable law, you may request access, copies, correction, cessation of collection/processing/use, or deletion of your personal data. If we cannot act immediately because of legal retention duties, contract performance, dispute handling, or another lawful reason, we will explain why.

7. 未成年人 · Minors

若學生為未成年人，應由其法定代理人或監護人依適用法令協助建立帳號、購買課程及同意必要條款。平台可能在有需要時要求確認監護人同意。 If a student is a minor, a legal representative or guardian should assist with account creation and lesson purchases and provide any required consent under applicable law. We may request confirmation of guardian consent when necessary.

8. 帳號與資訊安全 · Account and information security

請妥善保管登入密碼，不要將帳號、課程訊息或老師的上課連結提供給無關第三人。若發現帳號疑似遭他人使用，請儘速透過網站提供的聯絡方式通知我們。 Keep your password secure and do not share your account, lesson messages, or teacher classroom links with unrelated third parties. If you suspect unauthorized account use, contact us through the website as soon as possible.

9. 政策更新 · Policy updates

我們可能因服務內容、系統或法令變動更新本政策。重大變更會以網站公告或其他合理方式通知，更新後版本以本頁顯示的日期為準。 We may update this policy when services, systems, or laws change. Material changes will be announced on the website or by another reasonable method; the date shown on this page identifies the current version.
